OFFENSIVE PLAYER OF THE WEEK: John Gibbs (QB, Bismarck Bucks)
After dropping their first six games, the Bismarck Bucks have now won back-to-back games as the team took down the Quad City Steamwheelers 51-48 in Week 10. In a back and forth affair, Bismarck QB John Gibbs proved to be a playmaker and provided the game-winning touchdown with just seconds remaining. Late in the game with the Bucks trailing 48-43, Gibbs connected with WR Eric Lauderdale for a 25 yard touchdown with just six seconds remaining to give the Bucks the lead and eventual victory. Gibbs was also a force in the running game as he rushed for four touchdowns in the victory. Gibbs finished his night completing 9 of 17 passes for 110 yards and two touchdowns. He also contributed 13 rushes for 58 yards and four touchdowns. The Bismarck Bucks will look to keep their winning streak alive in Week 11 as they head to face the Green Bay Blizzard.
