The new professional expansion team in Tucson has announced that they will have a Name-the-Team contest so that the fans can help in determining the official team name. Submissions can be cast by visiting the team's current website at www.tucsonindoorfootball.com and filling out the form.
Fans will be limited to two (2) team name submissions each. Once their first two submissions have been received, future submissions will not be eligible for the grand prize. Each submission will be reviewed by a panel consisting of team ownership and staff. Each will also be examined by a legal staff to determine trademark and copywrite availability. The fan who submitted the first and original entry that is selected as the new team name will receive two (2) sideline season tickets, valued at over $400. Everyone who entered will also be a part of a random drawing for a chance to win other prizes consisting of Tucson Indoor Football t-shirts, Tucson Indoor Football hats, etc. New color scheme concepts to go along with the new name and logo, can also be submitted by fans.

We want to see the creativity of our fans with their submissions. By limiting individuals to their top two team names, it opens up the competition to a lot more people."
Team names may be submitted through 5:00 p.m. Arizona Time on Wednesday, September 12th. The name and logo will be revealed on Tuesday, September 18th at a public event.
Fans can already secure their season tickets for the Tucson Indoor Football team with a $50 deposit per account by visiting the team's website at www.tucsonindoorfootball.com. Seat selection is based on a first-come-first-serve priority. Tucson Indoor Football representatives will reach out in mid-September to fill orders and show seat locations.
